Morning - the new record

Mastered by GRAMMY® winner engineer Paul Blakemore, worldwide distributed through on-line stores (Amazon, Itunes, Napster...)
This record took me one and a half year of composing and arranging. It represents what I am now in terms of musical experience, and has been made in a very happy and creative period of my life. Even if it has been entirely performed and programmed by myself, in this work there are all the musicians I'm playing (and I've played) with during these years, to whom I am extremely grateful.
It's mainly inspired by Jazz-Fusion music: the nearest comparison could be the Yellowjackets (the band I've listened and analysed the most), with other influences by the great artists I've listened to: from Keith Jarrett to Victor Wooten, from the Bad Plus to Brad Mehldau, and all the standard jazz tunes preformed by the great jazz musicians of the past century (Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, Erroll Garner, Ahmad Jamal) that are part of my musical background.
I'll try to share more about the genesis of this work in the next blog posts.... stay tuned!
